Account Executive
GA Communications has a rewarding position for an Account Executive.  As the Account Executive you will be responsible for the following:

• Work as the liaison with the client and internal team members insuring requests are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Scheduling/trafficking all agency projects to include proofreading and editing
• Quality control
• Keeping abreast of daily changes from coordination thru execution.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience as a project/traffic manager in an agency setting.
• Traffic communication skills: diplomatic, professional, resourceful, patient and friendly.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining clear and precise communication within a team setting.
• Well organized and a stickler for detail.
• Computer savvy, comfortable with Mac and Microsoft applications.
• Familiarity with graphic design software such as InDesign and Quark.

Page Layout/Production Artist
GA Communications has a need for talented and self-motivated Page Layout/Production Artist to join our fast paced, dynamic production department. The Production Artist will be responsible for page-layout, typesetting and Photoshop image manipulation.

The successful candidate must have 2-4 years experience working with Quark, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat PDF, and understands layered page layout. The Production Artists must also be able to work well under strict deadlines, multi-task, and have exceptional communication skills.
Strong experience in a fast-paced advertising production environment a plus, but we’re willing to bring up to speed the right person with the right attitude, basic skills and work ethic.
